Industry Engagement Manager at Seafood Scotland

Jeni Adamson is Industry Engagement Manager at Seafood Scotland, where she works closely with businesses across the seafood supply chain to support skills development, careers awareness and workforce growth. Her role focuses on building strong industry connections and promoting the wide range of opportunities available across Scotland’s seafood and aquaculture sectors.

Jeni brings significant experience from her work with the aquaculture industry in previous roles, where she contributed to the Aquaculture Skills Steering Group and helped develop initiatives such as the Aquaculture Ambassadors programme, aimed at attracting new talent into the sector.

Alongside her professional work, Jeni is a member of UK Women in Fisheries and a board member of the Scottish Fisheries Museum. These roles reflect her strong interest in championing the contribution of women across seafood communities, past and present.

Jeni is looking forward to contributing to the Women in Scottish Aquaculture Advisory Group, supporting its work to enhance visibility, strengthen networks and help create more inclusive pathways for women across the aquaculture sector.
